I love cooking but I really love cooking in the fall! I am sharing my favorite fall meals and would love to hear what your favorite fall meal is. This stew is super simple. Brown your meat, onions, and carrots in an oven safe pot. Add your garlic, spices, and broth. Cook in oven on 325 for one hour. Add your potatoes and put back in oven for one hour. Add mushrooms for the last hour of cooking and then serve. Total of 3 hours cooking low and slow! Add some homemade bread and enjoy!
