a live demo of me using this Colourpop Act Natural Mascara in the shade brown. So it is a very dark shade of brown, but it's definitely more natural than an actual black. For me, what I look for in a mascara is hold my curl, even though I don't really curl my lashes, but kind of hold my lashes up. Separation, definition, I want my lashes to look super fluttery. So curled and fluttery. For me, this mascara does give you quite a bit of length, not as much definition as I would like. It kind of, because the formula is a little bit more wet, it makes my lashes kind of stick together a little bit. I definitely prefer this with two coats. I think as it dries out I will like it even more, but right now it's just kind of so-so. Wear has been pretty good though. This is again my third time wearing it, so time will tell.

First impressions of the Colourpop Act Natural Defining Mascara in the shade Brown. It is a dark brown, almost black, but I like the naturalness of it. The formula is pretty wet so I prefer something that's a little bit drier, a little bit more separating.
