It's worked really well for me. I've been taking them for about a month. My face is way less damaged. I used to be covered in scars and red marks and like scabs. It's been great. It's been working really well for me. The only bad thing I can say is that the vitamins smell really bad. So I would give them a try if you're someone who struggles with compulsive skin picking and you can get past the smell.

I'm not sure I'm saying this correctly but it is 700 milligrams per serving and I bought it originally because I take magnesium. Magnesium is like a miracle supplement and this one specifically said PMS relief support. So I've been taking it every single day before my period and I've been waiting all month to give you the honest review and I just want to say this is like the new holy grail to my supplements because I get really bad cramps like I'm out. So I've taken these every single day. I had like you know a tiny little cramp where it was like beep beep we're here we're here for our period but it was nothing like the cramps I usually get and so if anyone experiences things like this really helped so buy these.
