Magnesium is like a miracle supplement and this one specifically said PMS relief support. So I've been taking it every single day before my period and I've been waiting all month to give you the honest review and I just want to say this is like the new holy grail to my supplements because I get really bad cramps like I'm out. So I've taken these every single day.
