Okay, so I ordered these N-Acetylcysteine vitamins. I ordered them because I read about a clinical study that with people who have like compulsive skin picking, when they take the vitamin, their compulsive behaviors like really decrease. It's worked really well for me. I've been taking them for about a month. My face is way less damaged. I used to be covered in scars and red marks and like scabs. It's been great. It's been working really well for me. The only bad thing I can say is that the vitamins smell really bad. So I would give them a try if you're someone who struggles with compulsive skin picking and you can get past the smell.

I've heard so many doctors talking about NMN and how amazing it is for you. I love these supplements so far, like no aftertaste, no side effects, just pure youthfulness. Um, gotta give it a couple months to see what it really does, but first impressions, I love.

So it will help with your heart health, your energy levels, your brain, your eyes, and your bones. So that's already a lot of things, but new research shows that it helps with DNA repair also. So it's also a skincare anti-aging supplement on top of it. Now you're supposed to take two a day. I already took one this morning just to make sure I didn't have any adverse reactions to it, which I didn't. I'm still here alive and kicking. Time will tell if, as Cher says, it will turn back time, but I will report back and I'm really excited.

So I've been taking the enema nut powder supplement for a while now and I love it it gives me so much clarity and so much energy but I am traveling soon and I don't really want to take like a powder you know through TSA so I got the pill form and it's just as amazing I love that I can travel with it
