It can help support a healthy blood sugar. It can help reduce blood pressure along with oodles of other things, you guys. Lion's mane is full of antioxidants. So I grabbed it because it's supposed to help with anti-aging, which is a big thing for me now getting into my 30s. I wanna make sure that I am not only able to keep up with the kids, but I'm also not looking super old as I age. So I grabbed lion's mane and one of the bonuses, I guess, of it is that the antioxidants have helped with my energy levels. I'm not needing a cup of coffee right away in the morning.
