Okay, so here is my review of lion's mane mushroom. This stuff is a game changer. Okay, so lion's mane mushroom is good for so many things from kidney health, liver health. It can help support a healthy blood sugar. It can help reduce blood pressure along with oodles of other things, you guys. Lion's mane is full of antioxidants. So I grabbed it because it's supposed to help with anti-aging, which is a big thing for me now getting into my 30s. I wanna make sure that I am not only able to keep up with the kids, but I'm also not looking super old as I age. So I grabbed lion's mane and one of the bonuses, I guess, of it is that the antioxidants have helped with my energy levels. I'm not needing a cup of coffee right away in the morning. I am sleeping better, I am feeling better, and I'm not having a 3 p.m. crash. So this is month two of lion's mane for me and I will continue to purchase it. Give it a shot.

I ordered them because I read about a clinical study that with people who have like compulsive skin picking, when they take the vitamin, their compulsive behaviors like really decrease. It's worked really well for me. I've been taking them for about a month. My face is way less damaged. I used to be covered in scars and red marks and like scabs. It's been great. It's been working really well for me. The only bad thing I can say is that the vitamins smell really bad. I'm not sure I'm saying this correctly but it is 700 milligrams per serving and I bought it originally because I take magnesium. Magnesium is like a miracle supplement and this one specifically said PMS relief support. So I've been taking it every single day before my period and I've been waiting all month to give you the honest review and I just want to say this is like the new holy grail to my supplements because I get really bad cramps like I'm out. So I've taken these every single day. I had like you know a tiny little cramp where it was like beep beep we're here we're here for our period but it was nothing like the cramps I usually get and so if anyone experiences things like this really helped so buy these.
