Okay, so I ordered these N-Acetylcysteine vitamins. I ordered them because I read about a clinical study that with people who have like compulsive skin picking, when they take the vitamin, their compulsive behaviors like really decrease. So I've been taking it every single day before my period and I've been waiting all month to give you the honest review and I just want to say this is like the new holy grail to my supplements because I get really bad cramps like I'm out.
