Okay, so I ordered these N-Acetylcysteine vitamins. I ordered them because I read about a clinical study that with people who have like compulsive skin picking, when they take the vitamin, their compulsive behaviors like really decrease. It's worked really well for me. I've been taking them for about a month. My face is way less damaged. I used to be covered in scars and red marks and like scabs. It's been great. I'm not sure I'm saying this correctly but it is 700 milligrams per serving and I bought it originally because I take magnesium. Magnesium is like a miracle supplement and this one specifically said PMS relief support. So I've been taking it every single day before my period and I've been waiting all month to give you the honest review and I just want to say this is like the new holy grail to my supplements because I get really bad cramps like I'm out.
