I moved to the East Coast from California. I remember when I first moved to Maryland, my doctor said, you are deficient in vitamin D. That's because I'm not getting enough sun out here in the East Coast. So I saw this, it's a D3 and K2. I'm not quite sure about the K2. I did read that it's a really good combination. I'm gonna take this in hopes that my vitamin D will no longer be deficient. This is 5,000 IU. I think the doctor said I should just be taking 2,000. There is a measurement on the dropper that says for you to take one milliliter a day. So just be aware when you're taking this, just make sure you read how much the doctor wants you to take. You can just take this on an empty stomach or with food. Slight medicine taste, oily texture, but it goes away rather quickly, so no worries about that. I will update you guys to see if my test will improve.
