I'm using the tinted dermatology sunscreen. I freaking love it. But I wear so much makeup that this time around I wanted to get just the broad spectrum. Just regular, no tint. And this is as non-oily and non-greasy as they come. It gives the skin a beautiful glow and protects without clogging your pores. Of course, with every sunscreen, you need to remove it with an oil cleanser first or else you might break out. But this is one of my fave sunscreens and one that I've been having in my routine for over a year.

These are my two favorite sunscreens that I will always repurchase and let me tell you why. At the beginning of this year, I went on a hunt for the best sunscreen and ever since I found dermatology, I have never gone back. So this is their Broad Spectrum SPF 45, which is a hybrid sunscreen that is formulated with niacinamide to help reduce the appearance of hyperpigmentation, hyaluronic acid to keep the skin moisturized, and vitamin E to help fight off free radicals. It's oil-free so it feels lightweight on the skin, plus it is safe to use on acne-prone and fungal acne-prone skin. It never interferes with my makeup application and it has never pilled or given me a burning sensation in my eyes. It's fairly affordable compared to its competitors and it also feels more moisturizing than the tinted moisturizer from dermatology that I'm also reviewing. I absolutely love the way this dries down. It blurs out my pores and gives my face a filtered effect without looking greasy. The only two cons that this SPF has is that it isn't waterproof so you can't really go swimming in this or be sweating and also because there are mineral filters in it, there is a possible white cast for darker skin tones. I'm a huge fan of Dermatology. I love their skincare. One of my favorite products is their universal tinted moisturizer with SPF, but I really wanted to try their regular SPF with no tint. I was just curious to see if there would be any white cast or how I would feel about it. So I picked up the Broad Spectrum SPF 45, so it protects from both UVA and UVB rays. I will say it uses both physical sunscreen as well as a chemical sunscreen, so if you prefer one or the other, you might not like this. One thing I will say about this is that it gives my skin such a gorgeous glow. Let me show you. It's a nice lightweight sunscreen. It goes on nicely. I feel like it adds some moisture. It doesn't feel heavy on the skin. It doesn't feel oily. This also has some just general good skincare ingredients. It has niacinamide and a few other things. You could probably use this in place of your moisturizer in the morning. I like to put it on top of my moisturizer. And here is the close-up so you can see just how glowy and dewy this makes my skin look.

Okay, let's talk sunscreen. I'm allergic to most sunscreens. I get lovely rashes, my skin gets irritated, even with most mineral-based, so I'm always on the hunt for the best sunscreen that doesn't irritate my skin. I am really into this thus far. Number one, I really like the packaging. I hate it when I have to stick my grubby little fingers in something. Just it is not great. It shortens the life of whatever product you're using, and so the packaging is really great. This obviously when I'm putting it on, it has a white cast, but it feels really moisturizing, and for me, it has absorbed into my skin really quickly. My skin has not been irritated by this at all, which is really rare, so I'm thrilled with it. Huge fan. Definitely gonna buy this one again.

Okay, I'm gonna show you guys my favorite way to apply this moisturizer. I love the pump, first of all. It's airless. And then I apply about two squirts of the Say Beauty Super Gel, because I like the little bronzy tint that it gives. Not much of a color, but it just helps with the white cast that moisturizers with sunscreens may give. But I just love how this feels. Honestly, one of my favorite moisturizers. I have tried it in a very long time. I'm repurchasing this as soon as I run out. Yeah, I would not skip out on this. Look at that glow this combination gives. This is honestly an amazing moisturizer. And mixed with this, it just elevates it. Truly my favorite. Perfect makeup base as well.

I absolutely love this SPF day cream and this is what I love about it. Airless pump, airless packaging. I'm living for it. This is the best packaging for your skincare. Second, you can open it and scoop your precious cream till the last drop, which I appreciate. The texture is super rich. It's super nourishing. It's pretty thick, but it doesn't leave any white residue. It absorbs with my skin super fast and it leaves very comfort baby skin feeling. You have to reapply it every 80 minutes. It's sweat resistant and water resistant, but you have to reapply it every 80 minutes. They say it on the packaging. When you apply it, you have to wait at least 15 minutes before you go out and have this sun exposure. It's a zinc oxide sunscreen. If you're looking for 100% mineral filter, this is the cream.

The Broad Spectrum SPF 45 by DRMTLGY is a top-notch sunscreen that Kenzie highly recommends. This hybrid sunscreen is packed with beneficial ingredients like niacinamide, hyaluronic acid, and vitamin E. It feels lightweight on the skin and doesn't interfere with makeup application. Kenzie loves how it dries down, blurring out pores and giving a filtered effect without any greasiness. However, there are a couple of downsides to consider. Firstly, it's not waterproof, so it's not suitable for swimming or heavy sweating. Additionally, the presence of mineral filters may result in a white cast on darker skin tones. Overall, Kenzie is impressed with this sunscreen and it has become a staple in her skincare routine.
