How to skin cycle on retinol night using the Dermatology Retinol Complex. Because retinol can be strong, I like to start with a light layer of moisturizer on my face. Retinol can reduce the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and hyperpigmentation. During skin cycling, I use it once every four days. After the light layer of moisturizer, I dab one pea-sized amount all over my face and rub it in. Then I take another pea-sized amount and rub it in all over my neck. I really love Dermatology's Retinol Complex because it includes vitamins E and C. They help to maximize the effectiveness of the retinol. Hello, this is the Soothe and Recovery Cream by Dermatology. Sometimes I get a little crazy with applying acid on my face and the next thing I know my skin is super sensitized to things as simple as water. So I was definitely looking for some sort of soothing, calming recovery cream just to have in my stash for when I, for when I do that. But I did give this a try when I first got it and to be honest with you I was a little disappointed that it's not as creamy and thick as I hoped it would be. It's more like a, you know, what you would expect a moisturizer to be. And I know it doesn't say balm but I was definitely expecting it to be, you know, a little bit more emollient. But yeah, if you're not looking for something too heavy that is soothing and calming this might be a good, a good product for you.

First thoughts on the Dermatology Soothe and Recovery Cream. It goes on light but heavy enough to calm down any inflammation or flaking and if you let it soak in for a few minutes before adding substrate it won't kill.
