So today I tried out the ELF Expert Liquid Eyeliner. It is in fact a pot with a little brush. This isn't normally my first choice of eyeliner. I like to use a pen or like a little marker, but this went on pretty good. It's like a really nice opaque black. It allows you to get like a sharp line because it's that brush. I've had it on for like an hour maybe. I put some on my hands and when you rub it, it starts to kind of come off, but it's not too bad. But when you get it wet, it like comes right off. So that's something to consider. I've only been wearing it for a little bit, but I do tend to get a little bit like shiny and greasy throughout the day. So I'm curious to see like how that will wear, but for the price, I feel like it's pretty good and it's worth giving it a shot to see if it works for you. So I suggest trying it out.

This liquid liner is so good for beginners. It's cheap. It's easy to use. I'll show you exactly how I got this look with some tips and tricks on how to just make your eyeliner look better. This one is really good for beginners because it's super easy to apply. It's nice and liquidy and the point is super thin. One of the easiest liners I've ever used. If you have hooded eyelids or your eyeliner just ends up looking a little weird when you open your eyes, here's a trick. Black eyeshadow on a tiny brush. Note where the eyeliner meets your crease. Tap the shadow on there in a round shape like that. Wipe off the brush and I connect it to my wing and then the rest I kind of push towards the crease. Grab a big brush with nothing on it and really feather it out. And this is the finished result. Of course I put big lashes on just because I can't live without them but really pleased with the liner.
