I'm going to start right here at the top of my tail. I have no brows so I can see instantly that it's going to be a thumbs up. I can already feel it. It's going on nice and smooth. The color looks great. It's neutral brown. I can just tell when I was picking it out. I was looking at the color of the base of my hair and the pencil and it just goes on really smooth. Wow, this is an expensive look for an inexpensive product. So excellent job, Elf. Brighter eyes without spending a lot. The color with a spoolie brush on the end to brush up the brow hair.
