It's going to help with that hyperpigmentation. It has this button versus the rubber dropper and it gives you a little bit of product, but that's okay. You only need a few drops and you're going to want to massage it in nicely all over. I'm going to focus on my old maskne into the neck and it feels really nice. It absorbed nicely. It's not oily.
