If you saw my last video, you saw that I was trying out the ELF lip exfoliator. After you use that, you're supposed to apply a conditioning balm to your lips. I decided to try out the ELF Calm Balm. It has hemp-derived cannabis sativa seed oil, and I've been using it right before bed and after using the lip exfoliator, and it really does leave your lips super moisturized and conditioned. I highly recommend this stuff.

This is the best lip balm I've ever tried and it just so happens to be the cheapest. It's the perfect consistency. It's glossy but not too sticky. Even if you just leave it on for five minutes, it moisturizes your lips so much. If you're gonna buy one lip balm, I highly suggest this one.

In the category of price, the e.l.f. Holy Hydration Lip Mask definitely wins. It's only $7, which is nearly a quarter of the price of its competitor. Its texture is a super thick slippery jelly and it has enough grip on the lips to last through the night as a sleeping mask and, in my opinion, delivers equally on conditioning and hydrating the lips. It is noticeably smaller, more than half the size, and it has to be used within six months of opening versus 12, which shouldn't be an issue. Even though the product appears to be blue in the jar, once it's applied to the lips, it goes on super clear and has a high shine. The fresh berry scent is very similar, both very unnoticeable, but the e.l.f. Holy Hydration wins big, again, because it's vegan and cruelty-free.
