The Elf Camo Powder Foundation is a buildable to full coverage semi-matte finish. It is a super, super powdery foundation. The moment I put my brush in it, it just broke apart completely. Definitely worth noting that using the powder puff will probably benefit you greatly. It's also very obvious that it's semi-matte. It's getting rid of the glow I've got on my skin very, very quickly. So to all of my oily friends out there, this will be a great fit. I'm also noticing with the coverage being buildable, I'm using this as just a light wash of powder to set my foundation that's already applied. And the fact that I can do that without it looking thick and cakey is amazing. It stands true to the fact that it is actually buildable.
