I'm gonna show you how I do my fluffy brows with the Brown Lip by ELF. With the ELF applicator, it comes with this spoolie and a spatula. I like to go back and forth with the spoolie to apply the gel in my entire eyebrow. And then I just go up and sideways to give this finished look. It really stays for a long time. I think I was like 4 hours with this makeup look and my brow was still intact. And then I do the same thing on the other side. I always like to do my eyebrow first where I don't have any moisturizer, any oil or foundation in my face. Do not make a mess and mix the gel with the moisturizer and oil. And then I just like to fill with my Apple Made by Too Faced. And that's the finished look!
