If you follow me, you know how many times I've tried to do glam makeup and totally failed. I did an experiment with the cheapest makeup I could find to create this look. This midnight blue liquid eyeliner from e.l.f. went perfectly with my eyeshadow look today. If you're a beginner to liquid eyeliner like I am, then I would definitely recommend this brand. One, because it's cheap, and two, because the brush is super tiny so you can get in there nice and precise. You just have to make sure to work slow. I always prefer to do little tiny wings instead of the big dramatic ones, but this stuff worked out really fine and it was easy to work with, especially as a beginner.
