Seriously, it's so precise well pigmented and the same power is so impressive It lasts about six to seven hours and it's so affordable. Look at the difference. It matches so well my eyebrow color I highly recommend look at this

I'm Julie Morgan and I'm going to give you my review on the Instant Lift Elf Brow Pencil. And this is neutral brown. I like it. It's got a nice little point. I'm going to start right here at the top of my tail. I have no brows so I can see instantly that it's going to be a thumbs up. I can already feel it. It's going on nice and smooth. The color looks great. It's neutral brown. I can just tell when I was picking it out. I was looking at the color of the base of my hair and the pencil and it just goes on really smooth. Wow, this is an expensive look for an inexpensive product. So excellent job, Elf. Brighter eyes without spending a lot. The color with a spoolie brush on the end to brush up the brow hair.
