It is literally just the most perfect holographic glitter, and it makes every single makeup look better. The first way I like to apply it is just on bare naked lids. Or you can apply it over eyeshadow, and that way the glitter really pops. I mean, however you decide to wear it, it really doesn't matter because it's gorgeous. It stays all day. And the best part, it is literally $6.
