This is the e.l.f. Liquid Metallic Eyeshadow in the color Little Dipper. It's this beautiful metallic pink. I absolutely love it. I think you should apply it with the wand directly and just leave it as is. Don't blend it out unless you're kind of patting with your fingers or blending with the wand. It's very concentrated when you do it that way and it's so beautiful. I think it would look amazing over another pink eyeshadow but I put it on as is. Very beautiful color and I love the shimmer and I was so excited about these liquid metallic eyeshadows that I bought another one. So stay tuned for that one.
