Let's try these Elf Hydrogel Under Eye Masks tonight. They come in a pack of three, and they're made with purified water, seaweed extract, and licorice. They're a little bit hard to separate because they're a little slimy, but that's a good sign of moisture. They're supposed to soothe, moisturize, and plump.
