Alright, so by now you've probably heard of all the amazing health benefits of various different types of mushrooms. This is the Earth and Star gummy little mushroom with adaptogens, which is like, they say, like a therapist for your nervous system. And these in particular have chaga and turkey tail, which have amazing health benefits. They're supposed to help with immunities. I was interested in the research on cancer. So they're supposed to help with cancer and help build your immunities. In fact, with turkey tail, there was a study in 2012 where breast cancer patients who took powdered turkey tail capsules recovered their immunities after radiation faster than those who didn't. So that is pretty incredible. On top of it, they taste amazing. So you're supposed to take two a day. They taste kind of like pomegranate and raspberry. So, yep, I love it.

I have really been trying to get into a lifestyle change and this is a great start along with a few others that I've recommended. This did intimidate me a little bit because of the ingredients, but they taste delicious. They're gummies. I'm not the only one taking them. My husband is obsessed with them. hey y'all hey we are back with another review and today we are reviewing the earth and star dark roast mushroom coffee now you guys I thought this would be a really great try because it said is to help with focus and everything like that and my wife is really one of the people who love to be focused at work but you know sometimes you just kind of find yourself veering off or just kind of staring off into space so this right here coffee kind of keeps you focused does not leave you with any type of jitters or anything like that you guys so definitely try this coffee as you can see we have used it and it is really really tasty as well like it doesn't make your stomach feel any type of way or have you go into the restroom or anything like that so y'all if you've tried this coffee let me know what you think about it down in the comments

So I've been meaning to do a review on this I kept forgetting as usual And it's amazing. I love it. I've noticed a difference It definitely helped me with memorization and just not having a crash After drinking coffee, you know, I'm not the biggest coffee drinker, but this definitely made me drink coffee more I put it in my little you know coffee thing. I put it in here whether it's being hot I'll just pour the grounds in here lift this up and Put the hot water and push this down to help get the coffee out the grinds but sometimes I'll leave it in here with some cold water or hot water and put it in my fridge and It's amazing either way, but I love this coffee y'all should go get it

Oh, that's much better. First time trying this, I took it straight out of the dropper, into my mouth, and it tastes like the supplement. I love whole foods. I do not recommend. But mixing it with water, I do recommend. These are the Earth and Star Everything Drops. We got lion's mane, reishi, chaga, cordyceps, cordyceps, and turkey tail. This blend is supposed to support the immune system, the nervous system, gut health, hormone balance. Suggested is two and a half dropper fulls, one to two times daily. I've done two servings of it today. I feel good. I feel great. And you can take it straight or you can put it in water, coffee, tea. I feel like if you put it in something with a flavor, you probably wouldn't taste this at all because I could barely taste it in the water. But like if you take it straight, nope.
