I have been using your workout crusher pre-workout for a couple weeks now. Before this I've been using beetroot powder, which is great for like blood circulation and recovery and muscle activation. And this actually has beetroot powder in it, which is the main reason that I wanted to try it is I wanted a little bit of like a caffeine kind of energizer, but still have an element of beetroot and natural energy.
