It's going to help with your immunity and it has amazing ingredients in it because this company is very aware of all the things that are banned in the EU that we still allow here in the US and they don't allow any of it in their products. You never have to worry about what's in here. It does have like a peppermint oil in it so it's like very refreshing. You put it on your tongue and it's like you just kind of brush your teeth and you feel fresh and new and I'm really enjoying it.
