I'm sorry, but this is the best thing I've ever discovered. So this is a toner, and a toner can do several things. Traditionally, a toner was made to balance out the pH of the skin because after you wash the face, sometimes the pH of your skin is off because your water pH might be off, and that can cause discoloration and impurities and clogs. So traditionally, a toner was meant to rebalance the pH of the skin and often contained alcohol. The other use for it is a double cleanse. So you get one that doesn't have alcohol in it because... don't do that. So what you want to do is you want to wash your face with a really good cleanser. You can put it on a cotton pad and wipe it along the skin, and that also shows you if you still have makeup on and need to wash your face again. Or... Are you kidding me? Genius. Whoever put a spray cap on this needs a raise.
