This was my first time ever trying a caffeine pill and honestly it made me kind of jittery. Made me move extra fast. I only took it once. Probably not going to take it again. This was a free product. I don't hate the brand though. I think I'm going to try some other gummies next.

So I got the nootropics Holy guacamole everything just broke anyways Sorry Anyways, I don't have the bottle of nootropics, but it was in here and that just broke But I was gonna say I did the whole 30 days. I really didn't find a change in energy But Like I said, I only did a month. So maybe you need to do more months to actually see results but Yeah, it seems like it has great ingredients great product natural. This is Neutropics by Elm and Rye. Neutropics are supposed to assist with cognitive function. Honestly, I picked this up because of memory issues I've been having and hoping that this would help. I do think this is a product that you have to take for a certain period of time to see true results. I'm probably about 75% through the bottle. I haven't noticed anything, but like I said, I'm only 75% through the bottle. And honestly, I think it's something that you'd have to use a little bit longer, like most vitamins and supplements. So it's not something that I can say run out and get, but it's something that I'm giving a try and you might wanna give a try.

There's this new trial pill, also called the smart pill. It helps to increase memory, creativity, motivation, and attention. Only need one pill once a day. Also helps with short-term memory and learning. Me and my boyfriend really like this capsule. It really helps us to more focus on our work. It doesn't give me a big crush after taking it. I highly recommend to take it with full stomach. It performs so much better and last longer. Are you ready to start the productive day with me?

Compressions of CMOS. I can't really tell a difference. I feel like with supplements I don't take them as much as I should because I don't see them working or feel them working So I kind of just like fade out I'm gonna try to take these more this week. Hey you guys, so I got the flip box and I was so so pressed to use some sea moss. I've been talking about sea moss for like two years and it even made a move on it until I joined the flip app and I was like, okay, let me try this sea moss because you know, they got everything up here and I've been taking it only for a week. So I can't really give you any true feedback on how it has changed my life, but I can say that I do love the packaging of it. I do love the fact that it's just so minimalist and it's so cute and let me show you. Couple out but I just wanted to show you what the pill look like. It's a little capsule. Super easy. I'm not a pill pop in person. Like I don't do a lot of vitamins. I prefer liquid consumptions of vitamins. Okay, so this is 10 out of 10.

I do not take it every day I ain't gonna lie I took it every other day so I still have a little bit ways to go which is fine um let me tell you energy is up I'm more focused digestive system is feeling good I don't feel like you know I'm about to be lazy all day like it gives me so much energy and if you look up the ingredients on this product you would want to use this too it's so beneficial to your health I absolutely love it 10 out of 10 better go get you some
