You know me, you know I like lifting. This year, creatine is one of the things that helped me get strong and improve my lifts. We've got good creatine in pill form, so now you don't have to measure it out. You get exactly what you need every day. It should improve your life in many ways that you could have never imagined.

I've started to take creatine as part of my daily supplements that I take to feel better and feel healthier. Creatine can definitely help you build muscle, maintain muscle, but also help your energy levels throughout the day and I noticed when I take this in the morning with my other supplements I feel like kind of an energy kick right away. It's a super good pre-workout if you work out in the mornings or you can take it later in the day as well. There's really no time where you have to take it. It's two capsules a day, it's 1,400 milligrams of creatine and I think there's like a misconception that only men can take creatine. I think it's definitely good for women as well. It's super good to build muscle and to maintain muscle for your overall health and I also think that this brand Almond Rye is really good because they don't have any allergens in these pills so I feel really comfortable taking these.

Compressions of CMOS. I can't really tell a difference. I feel like with supplements I don't take them as much as I should because I don't see them working or feel them working So I kind of just like fade out I'm gonna try to take these more this week. That's my goal. There's still a lot in there The recommended is to take one capsule a day So I'm gonna report back in like a couple weeks and tell you how this went

Hey you guys, so I got the flip box and I was so so pressed to use some sea moss. I've been talking about sea moss for like two years and it even made a move on it until I joined the flip app and I was like, okay, let me try this sea moss because you know, they got everything up here and I've been taking it only for a week. So I can't really give you any true feedback on how it has changed my life, but I can say that I do love the packaging of it. I do love the fact that it's just so minimalist and it's so cute and let me show you. Couple out but I just wanted to show you what the pill look like. It's a little capsule. Super easy. I'm not a pill pop in person. Like I don't do a lot of vitamins. I prefer liquid consumptions of vitamins. Okay, so this is 10 out of 10.

I'm bringing y'all an update on the sea moss capsules by Elm and Rye. Y'all need to hire me for a commercial because that that was nice. Okay you guys so this is the sea moss capsules by Elm and Rye and I've been taking it for um a few weeks you know what I'm saying almost gone almost gone. I do not take it every day I ain't gonna lie I took it every other day so I still have a little bit ways to go which is fine um let me tell you energy is up I'm more focused digestive system is feeling good I don't feel like you know I'm about to be lazy all day like it gives me so much energy and if you look up the ingredients on this product you would want to use this too it's so beneficial to your health I absolutely love it 10 out of 10 better go get you some

What's up Flip Fam, back with another review. Today I have the Zinc Elm and Rye tablets. Zinc is great for your immune system and this is a month's supply. I have one more tablet in here so I've been taking them for 29 days. So, loving it so far. I have a whole line of products from Elm and Rye. Not only do I love the branding of Elm and Rye, but I love the brand. I love the actual product and the company, what they stand for according to the copy in their website. Okay, no additives, no fillers, and they are transparent about their lab results, which I respect that. You can just access the lab result PDF right on the website. So, a lot of love for Elm and Rye. I'm gonna keep taking these products. I recommend it.
