So I got this fish oil quite frankly because my esthetician keeps telling me to get fish oil. This is from Elman Rye and there's 60 soft gels in this. And I had already taken one today and when I tell you guys that I had to psych myself up so hard in order to take this, because it's so gigantic. It is freaking huge and I thought I was going to choke. I'm low-key kind of scared of pills. And the reason she recommended fish oil to me is because whenever I break out really bad, it's very inflamed and super painful. And fish oil is supposed to help with inflammation, so with continued use of it, it would supposedly help with inflammation and then help with fading of PIE, which is post-inflammatory erythema, which is what you get after really inflamed pimples. But yeah, I'll try my best, but these are just gigantic and I don't know if I'll continue using them because they kind of scare me.

Add this fish oil by Elman Rye to your medicine cabinet. It is the absolute best for hair, skin, nails, and most especially brain function. The seal is already broken as you can see because I have been taking them daily ever since I've gotten them and I absolutely recommend them for you.

And the worst part about fish oil products is that, hey, oftentimes, you get this nasty taste in your mouth. And so far, a couple weeks in, I have not experienced this whatsoever. Compressions of CMOS. I can't really tell a difference. I feel like with supplements I don't take them as much as I should because I don't see them working or feel them working So I kind of just like fade out I'm gonna try to take these more this week. That's my goal. There's still a lot in there The recommended is to take one capsule a day So I'm gonna report back in like a couple weeks and tell you how this went

Hey you guys, so I got the flip box and I was so so pressed to use some sea moss. I've been talking about sea moss for like two years and it even made a move on it until I joined the flip app and I was like, okay, let me try this sea moss because you know, they got everything up here and I've been taking it only for a week. So I can't really give you any true feedback on how it has changed my life, but I can say that I do love the packaging of it. I do love the fact that it's just so minimalist and it's so cute and let me show you. Couple out but I just wanted to show you what the pill look like. It's a little capsule. Super easy. I'm not a pill pop in person. Like I don't do a lot of vitamins. I prefer liquid consumptions of vitamins. Okay, so this is 10 out of 10.

I have one more tablet in here so I've been taking them for 29 days. So, loving it so far. I have a whole line of products from Elm and Rye. Okay, no additives, no fillers, and they are transparent about their lab results, which I respect that. You can just access the lab result PDF right on the website. So, a lot of love for Elm and Rye. I'm gonna keep taking these products. I recommend it.
