hey mother flippers, if you're a sleep deprived girly like i am, try this elm and rye magnesium. when i take this supplement, it's the deepest sleep i've ever been in. and this isn't my first rodeo taking magnesium. i've tried several different brands in the past and i honestly wasn't expecting anything special from this one. but i sleep so so deeply. it's like that wake up withdrawal covering your pillow sleep. like that fall asleep and wake up in the same position sleep. or like that did i miss the school bus sleep. anyway y'all get the idea. i'm picky with my ratings but this deserves a 10.

Alright y'all this stuff is the real deal. This is from Elman Rye and it's their magnesium and I've always kind of known I've been low in iron low in magnesium. It's Been a thing since I ran in college in cross-country But I just kind of fell off taking Supplements and I thought this was a great way to just get right back on track And right off the bat like I just totally see a difference in like the way even my hair is growing and My complexion and just my overall energy like I don't think you even realize how much Like supplements like magnesium if you're low on them how much they directly correlate with like your health and they do and I'm just feeling On top of the world these days. I have so much more energy for my job for outdoor activities Just for everything so highly suggest

So I got the nootropics Holy guacamole everything just broke anyways Sorry Anyways, I don't have the bottle of nootropics, but it was in here and that just broke But I was gonna say I did the whole 30 days. I really didn't find a change in energy But Like I said, I only did a month. So maybe you need to do more months to actually see results but Yeah, it seems like it has great ingredients great product natural. This is Neutropics by Elm and Rye. Neutropics are supposed to assist with cognitive function. Honestly, I picked this up because of memory issues I've been having and hoping that this would help. I do think this is a product that you have to take for a certain period of time to see true results. I'm probably about 75% through the bottle. I haven't noticed anything, but like I said, I'm only 75% through the bottle. And honestly, I think it's something that you'd have to use a little bit longer, like most vitamins and supplements. So it's not something that I can say run out and get, but it's something that I'm giving a try and you might wanna give a try.

There's this new trial pill, also called the smart pill. It helps to increase memory, creativity, motivation, and attention. Only need one pill once a day. Also helps with short-term memory and learning. Me and my boyfriend really like this capsule. It really helps us to more focus on our work. It doesn't give me a big crush after taking it. I feel like with supplements I don't take them as much as I should because I don't see them working or feel them working So I kind of just like fade out I'm gonna try to take these more this week. Hey you guys, so I got the flip box and I was so so pressed to use some sea moss. I've been talking about sea moss for like two years and it even made a move on it until I joined the flip app and I was like, okay, let me try this sea moss because you know, they got everything up here and I've been taking it only for a week. So I can't really give you any true feedback on how it has changed my life, but I can say that I do love the packaging of it. I do love the fact that it's just so minimalist and it's so cute and let me show you. Couple out but I just wanted to show you what the pill look like. It's a little capsule. Super easy.
