If you're a hot girl with stomach problems, then you're probably not taking a probiotic. Initially, I noticed that my digestive health started to improve overall, and my favorite thing about this was the increase in energy I got.

I've been looking for a good probiotic supplement for a while now, so I'm so glad I found this one from Almond Rye. It's got a high quality ingredients, and you only have to take one a day. It's definitely worth a try.

What's up Flip Fam? Hope you're doing well today. Today back with a review Elm and Rye probiotic. If you have watched any of my other reviews it's been a whole thing on Elm and Rye. All reviews but one have been these products so far. I'm digging them. If anything changes I will let you know but I am on day 29 of this probiotic and I've taken many probiotics over the years and I mean many many many and I recommend this one. If I wasn't real about it I would not recommend it. Okay so love the transparency of this company. You can see the lab results right on their website. They say no additives, no fillers and so yeah digging Elm and Rye's products so far. Recommend this probiotic.

Hey y'all it's on Reviews with Lauren and today we are reviewing the probiotic gummies. Now the flavor is strawberry passion fruit. I totally get that. It is a very soft gummy. It's not like you know squishy or anything like that and there is sugar um on it. That's what they look like. I really like the taste of it. Have I noticed like a huge difference? No, but it's just kind of one of those things where it's like nice to have.

So this is my new favorite when it comes to supplemental addition to my daily routine. This is Elm and Rye probiotic gummies. You only have to take one a day which is very effortless. Only downside is it's two grams of sugar per serving which is kind of like a lot but you only have to take one and you know it's better than just drinking probiotic from like some sugary drinks. You know there's like some like ones that you can get from Erwan and Whole Foods but it's got a lot of sugar in it usually so yeah considering that just two grams is nothing so I would continue to take this.

Compressions of CMOS. I can't really tell a difference. I feel like with supplements I don't take them as much as I should because I don't see them working or feel them working So I kind of just like fade out I'm gonna try to take these more this week. That's my goal. There's still a lot in there The recommended is to take one capsule a day So I'm gonna report back in like a couple weeks and tell you how this went

Hey you guys, so I got the flip box and I was so so pressed to use some sea moss. I've been talking about sea moss for like two years and it even made a move on it until I joined the flip app and I was like, okay, let me try this sea moss because you know, they got everything up here and I've been taking it only for a week. So I can't really give you any true feedback on how it has changed my life, but I can say that I do love the packaging of it. I do love the fact that it's just so minimalist and it's so cute and let me show you. Couple out but I just wanted to show you what the pill look like. It's a little capsule. Super easy. I'm not a pill pop in person. Like I don't do a lot of vitamins. I prefer liquid consumptions of vitamins. Okay, so this is 10 out of 10.

Okay you guys so this is the sea moss capsules by Elm and Rye and I've been taking it for um a few weeks you know what I'm saying almost gone almost gone. I do not take it every day I ain't gonna lie I took it every other day so I still have a little bit ways to go which is fine um let me tell you energy is up I'm more focused digestive system is feeling good I don't feel like you know I'm about to be lazy all day like it gives me so much energy and if you look up the ingredients on this product you would want to use this too it's so beneficial to your health I absolutely love it 10 out of 10 better go get you some

C-Mos Gummies. Yes, you heard that right. And I have been taking this for almost a month now, and I absolutely love these. First of all, they taste amazing. Second of all, it is great for you. So, C-Mos is really high in iodine, which is going to help a lot with lowering your LDL, which is bad cholesterol. It's also going to help a lot with your thyroid function, and it's just going to help your immunity in general. And it's also going to help with your skin health. So, this has tons and tons and tons of just vitamins and minerals that your body won't get otherwise in the regular foods that you're eating every single day. This is also high in fiber, so when you take this once per day with a meal, as suggested, then it is going to help you just feel fuller longer. I've been feeling those effects, and I actually have dropped one or two pounds since taking these. It's super easy to take because it's in gummy form. C-Mos, I don't really taste it that much, but it is amazing. You guys should try it out. Check out more of the health benefits that is associated with C-Mos, and yeah.

Sea moss and its benefits have been trending, boops. So when I saw Emma and Rye have some sea moss gummies, say, yeah, let's get into it, let's try some. They're really, you know, cute looking, really in the square. So I was like, you know what? Let's get into these ingredients to make sure that they're kosher. Growl, when I saw the ingredients are glucose syrup, sugar, distilled water, a pedon, Irish sea moss, natural and artificial flavoring, natural and artificial coloring, citrus acid and sodium citrate. I said, you know what, Emma and Rye, you can keep these. They did taste good, but they lost me at glucose syrup. 100% sea moss, please.

It kind of tastes like sea moss, but with like strawberry. This is what they look like. They also have sugar in it. I've only been doing it for a week. Have I noticed a big difference?
