Hey y'all it's on Reviews with Lauren and today we are reviewing the probiotic gummies. Now the flavor is strawberry passion fruit. I totally get that. It is a very soft gummy. It's not like you know squishy or anything like that and there is sugar um on it. That's what they look like. I really like the taste of it. Have I noticed like a huge difference? No, but it's just kind of one of those things where it's like nice to have.

So this is my new favorite when it comes to supplemental addition to my daily routine. This is Elm and Rye probiotic gummies. You only have to take one a day which is very effortless. Only downside is it's two grams of sugar per serving which is kind of like a lot but you only have to take one and you know it's better than just drinking probiotic from like some sugary drinks. You know there's like some like ones that you can get from Erwan and Whole Foods but it's got a lot of sugar in it usually so yeah considering that just two grams is nothing so I would continue to take this.

C-Mos Gummies. Yes, you heard that right. And I have been taking this for almost a month now, and I absolutely love these. First of all, they taste amazing. Second of all, it is great for you. So, C-Mos is really high in iodine, which is going to help a lot with lowering your LDL, which is bad cholesterol. It's also going to help a lot with your thyroid function, and it's just going to help your immunity in general. And it's also going to help with your skin health. So, this has tons and tons and tons of just vitamins and minerals that your body won't get otherwise in the regular foods that you're eating every single day. This is also high in fiber, so when you take this once per day with a meal, as suggested, then it is going to help you just feel fuller longer. I've been feeling those effects, and I actually have dropped one or two pounds since taking these. It's super easy to take because it's in gummy form. Sea moss and its benefits have been trending, boops. So when I saw Emma and Rye have some sea moss gummies, say, yeah, let's get into it, let's try some. They're really, you know, cute looking, really in the square. So I was like, you know what? Let's get into these ingredients to make sure that they're kosher. Growl, when I saw the ingredients are glucose syrup, sugar, distilled water, a pedon, Irish sea moss, natural and artificial flavoring, natural and artificial coloring, citrus acid and sodium citrate. I said, you know what, Emma and Rye, you can keep these. They did taste good, but they lost me at glucose syrup. 100% sea moss, please.

It kind of tastes like sea moss, but with like strawberry. This is what they look like. They also have sugar in it. I've only been doing it for a week. Have I noticed a big difference?
