Okay, so there are several different health benefits of taking apple cider vinegar. It is, it helps with your digestion, it helps with your metabolism, detoxes, it is antimicrobial. So there's a lot of really great benefits of it. Though, taking the straight apple cider vinegar can be a little too acidic, especially for your throat. They do recommend diluting it. Or if you want to, you can take a capsule like this one from Elm and Rye. You get 30 capsules, you only need to take one a day, and each capsule gives you 500 milligrams of apple cider vinegar. There's no taste at all, and you just, you know, swallow a capsule and you're done. You've taken your apple cider vinegar for the day. So I'm really enjoying these, and if you're looking into taking that as a supplement, I definitely recommend it.

Compressions of CMOS. I can't really tell a difference. I feel like with supplements I don't take them as much as I should because I don't see them working or feel them working So I kind of just like fade out I'm gonna try to take these more this week. Hey you guys, so I got the flip box and I was so so pressed to use some sea moss. I've been talking about sea moss for like two years and it even made a move on it until I joined the flip app and I was like, okay, let me try this sea moss because you know, they got everything up here and I've been taking it only for a week. So I can't really give you any true feedback on how it has changed my life, but I can say that I do love the packaging of it. I do not take it every day I ain't gonna lie I took it every other day so I still have a little bit ways to go which is fine um let me tell you energy is up I'm more focused digestive system is feeling good I don't feel like you know I'm about to be lazy all day like it gives me so much energy and if you look up the ingredients on this product you would want to use this too it's so beneficial to your health I absolutely love it 10 out of 10 better go get you some

C-Mos Gummies. Yes, you heard that right. And I have been taking this for almost a month now, and I absolutely love these. First of all, they taste amazing. Second of all, it is great for you. So, C-Mos is really high in iodine, which is going to help a lot with lowering your LDL, which is bad cholesterol. It's also going to help a lot with your thyroid function, and it's just going to help your immunity in general. And it's also going to help with your skin health. So, this has tons and tons and tons of just vitamins and minerals that your body won't get otherwise in the regular foods that you're eating every single day. This is also high in fiber, so when you take this once per day with a meal, as suggested, then it is going to help you just feel fuller longer. I've been feeling those effects, and I actually have dropped one or two pounds since taking these. It's super easy to take because it's in gummy form. Sea moss and its benefits have been trending, boops. So when I saw Emma and Rye have some sea moss gummies, say, yeah, let's get into it, let's try some. They're really, you know, cute looking, really in the square. So I was like, you know what? Let's get into these ingredients to make sure that they're kosher. Growl, when I saw the ingredients are glucose syrup, sugar, distilled water, a pedon, Irish sea moss, natural and artificial flavoring, natural and artificial coloring, citrus acid and sodium citrate. I said, you know what, Emma and Rye, you can keep these. They did taste good, but they lost me at glucose syrup. 100% sea moss, please.

on this Reviews with Lauren and today we were reviewing the Sea Moss Gummy. Now, it doesn't really have, it doesn't state that it has a flavor. It kind of tastes like sea moss, but with like strawberry. This is what they look like. They also have sugar in it. I've only been doing it for a week. Have I noticed a big difference? No, but I'll keep you guys updated on it.
