So you just take two gummies a day. So I'm going to try two of them. And I'm excited for my skin to improve and I will be coming back in the next couple days and letting you know how my skin improves. So this is the before. They're not super chewy but they do taste good.

Okay, sharing my thoughts with you on these vitamins after taking them for about two weeks. They're gummies, you're supposed to take two a day. So what's in this? It's vitamin D3, niacin, pentothenic acid, zinc, sodium, evening primrose oil, and MSM. So I guess they're working. My skin looks really good. However, the only thing that I don't like is that it has 20 calories and 4 grams of added sugar, which doesn't really make sense for me because if I were really concerned about my skin, I would try to cut off all the sugar. But you know, they're gummies. Gummies usually do have added sugar in it, but for me, it's an A.
