However, the only thing that I don't like is that it has 20 calories and 4 grams of added sugar, which doesn't really make sense for me because if I were really concerned about my skin, I would try to cut off all the sugar. But you know, they're gummies. Gummies usually do have added sugar in it, but for me, it's an A.
