It has a water-like consistency And I would Recommend this product for someone who has more of an oily Skin type It feels very good and refreshing and it does have a little bit of sparkle it's weird because you can't Really see it. You can see the glow but every now and then you get like a Little sparkle action in there. Yes highly recommend
