I think everybody needs to have a really good black eyeliner pen for a black waterline. Look at the difference between these two eyes. This is very like classic, glamorous, doe-eyed almost. And then this one is sultry and badass. I really like this one by About Face. It's the Longwear Gel Eyeliner in the shade Into the Void. This formula is so good because it's smooth enough to glide on your waterline without making you tear up, pigmented enough to last throughout the day. I like to put it in the upper waterline as well. And with some gel eyeliners sometimes they're not as precise or the color isn't as strong but with this one I really like it and again, biggest compliment, so easy to put on.

The best way to achieve this look is with eye crayons. There's so many fun colors to experiment with. One of my favorite things to do is to go underneath the eye with a bright pop of color, and it will have this ring light effect for your eye color. As you can see, this is bringing out the green tones in my eyes. Meanwhile, on this side of my face, it's looking a little bit bland. This is a very subtle way to enhance your makeup, but I swear once you start this, you can't stop because it looks so good, and it is just so fun to do. Try this out, girl.
