Let me introduce you to the Bioderma lip balm. I love how this is in a tube applicator. It's so easy to apply, it's not sticky or scented, and the finish is not glossy. So this would be a really good makeup prep. Let's say you're going to wear a matte lipstick, you can use this to prep your lips. And I also use this before I go to bed.
