This is the best lip balm I've ever tried and it just so happens to be the cheapest. It's the perfect consistency. It's glossy but not too sticky. Even if you just leave it on for five minutes, it moisturizes your lips so much. If you're gonna buy one lip balm, I highly suggest this one.

Even though the product appears to be blue in the jar, once it's applied to the lips, it goes on super clear and has a high shine. The fresh berry scent is very similar, both very unnoticeable, but the e.l.f. Holy Hydration wins big, again, because it's vegan and cruelty-free.
