This is Deep Talks Charcoal Cleanser by Good Janes. I was instantly attracted to this cleanser because I have super oily skin. Some of the active ingredients in this cleanser include activated charcoal, of course, vitamin C, and butterfly bush. If you don't know what butterfly bush is, it's a plant-based stem cell native to Europe that has an antioxidant in it to help protect the skin from the appearance of aging. I would definitely recommend emulsifying this product before applying it to your skin. Now, I could definitely see myself using this product daily. However, Good Janes recommends only using it two to three times per week, depending on the oiliness of your skin.

I'm always scared to use new cleansers, but Good Jane's Deep Tops Charcoal Cleanser did not fail me at all. When it comes to cleansers, I just want to make sure my skin is clean afterwards, like deep clean. And your girl's skin felt freaking amazing. I must definitely recommend this product.

I work in Beauty PR and every night before bed I'm going to be giving a review to let you know if products are actually good or just the price. Tonight I'm reviewing the SACONECT Cleansing Balm by Good Chains. By the way, I know I work in Beauty PR but I will never review my own clients so you know I'm being honest. Anyway, I was really surprised to find that this is a physical exfoliant. It does have nourishing oils, bamboo, and shea and cocoa butter so I'm hoping that repairs any damage the physical exfoliant makes. Overall, it smelled really good. It did take off all my makeup except under my eye but I was avoiding that spot. I will probably only use this once a week with my normal cleanser or when I need a really deep clean.

I have a little bit of scary news for you, and that is if you're not double cleansing your face at night, you're probably going to bed with makeup, grime, dirt, and pollution built up into your skin. The reason we need to double cleanse is because the first cleanse is geared toward getting rid of the buildup of oil, dirt, pollution, whatever it is in the skin, while the second cleanse is to wash away any residue. So I found the Stay Goodnight Cleansing Balm by Good Janes, and I'm really excited about it because it is a great step to add into your skincare routine to make sure you're really deeply cleansing your skin at night. Cleansing balm is amazing because it attracts all of the oil built up in your skin. This is a great way to bring everything up really gently without harming your skin barrier. And then that second cleanse, whether it's an enzyme cleanser or a gel cleanser, is going to really clean and purify your skin so that you're ready to layer on your skincare. So if you're not already double cleansing with a cleansing balm, I highly recommend getting your hands on this. This is really, really great for ultimately seeing the best results in your skincare regimen.

So I used a product wrong and it almost landed me in the hospital. Allow me to explain. You guys know I love this cleansing balm by Goodnight Janes. What I did not realize was you're not supposed to use it on your eye makeup. So I did use it on my eyes and I got some of like the particles of the balm inside my eye and it like scratched my eye really deeply to the point where I almost had to go to the hospital because I was blind for a few hours. I could not sleep because my eyes were way too painful to close. Anyways my husband was trying to take me to the ER. Luckily I'm doing much better. It's been a couple days since that happened and it's slowly healing. I just wanted to tell you guys this because honestly I don't want you to make the same mistake I made when using this balm if you do get it. I definitely do recommend the product like I love the product. I'm just an idiot and thought I could use it on eye makeup when clearly I could not. So if you do get this cleansing balm use it on your face makeup. It's amazing for that but please don't try to use it on your eyes. Don't be an idiot like I was.
