guys so in my most recent flip box I added the caviar collection daily collagen care by its beauty nutrition Germany I don't know how to say that word and I don't want to botch it so I'm just gonna show you guys right there what it looks like by beauty nutrition Germany so you take four of these a day they have protein vitamins the whole four pill serving once a day is to be taken with a lot of water and I already took mine today or else I'd be taking them on camera but I take these once a day a lot of water it's 10 calories has lots of good stuff in it and I am so excited to see the results from this product because I've heard so many good things and to be finally able to get it through flip is just I'm just so excited to like figure this out
