The I'm Meme Purple Cotton Tone Control Pact creates an even skin tone by illuminating yellow and dull skin with the fine powder. Since I have golden undertones, this helps brighten my skin. The applicator is nice and soft, but it's harder to reach some smaller areas. The powder instantly mattifies my makeup and controls any excessive sebum, even throughout my intense workouts. Welcome to part two of me finally reviewing stuff that I bought. Today I'm gonna do makeup. Just gonna put on some concealer first. So this purple setting powder. It's supposed to be skin brightening. I usually like to use a brush to put on powder but I'm going to use the powder that came with it. The effect is a lot more visible in real life. My camera just doesn't pick it up but I like it a lot so I recommend it.
