It has been compared to like flossing your mouth with a plastic bag. It can get some of the stuff out, but it really doesn't get deep. The Kiko floss is a lot more gritty because it has bean wax coating it, so it's going to be able to pick up a lot more of that grime in your teeth, the plaque, and just give you an overall cleaner smile. So I'm going to honestly pick the Kiko floss as a better pick.
