This lip box was all about skincare for me because I'm getting older, my birthday's in a couple weeks, and you know, it just feels like it's really important to me right now. So I got another serum. This one is by Make, and it's a Lactonic Synchronizing Skin Serum. This packaging is incredible. It's like a thick glass bottle, and it's just like so aesthetic, obviously. And I love the consistency. It's like a nice milky serum. And I like to just sort of put it on both day and night. I feel like it's kind of, you know, a synchronizing serum. So what I feel like it's been doing for me specifically is just like keeping my skin tone really even. I'm definitely noticing a lot of less red pigmentation, which is awesome. And this is fantastic. I really love it.

This is literally perfection in a serum bottle. Why? Because it has vitamin C and lactic acid. It also included niacinamide. These combinations will create this really nice brightened look on your skin and helps fade fine lines and as well as combating little breakouts that you may get occasionally. And I can't wait to keep using this for every day.

We're hearing a lot about slugging lately, but it is the oldest trick in the book. Slugging involves putting some kind of Vaseline or Aquaphor on your face. Typically people like to do it around their eyes. I don't like to use it all over my face because it's really sticky and I don't want to like be stuck to my pillow, but I have a solution for that. This is the Make Recovery Balm and essentially it's going to do the same thing that a Vaseline would do. It's a thick cream balm kind of texture, but it's not sticky. It really kind of just seals everything in and it's going to give that same effect. So if you're trying to get away from the stickiness of Vaseline and Aquaphor, you're going to love this.
