This is the 12 inch nonstick pan by Misen. Making breakfast for my three little ones was so much faster with this extra large pan. Featuring a fast heating four millimeter thick aluminum core and four times the layers of premium nonstick coating compared to traditional pans. Using heat settings medium or below extends the life of your nonstick pan. I loved how this pan performed. It heated very quickly. You can fit four pieces of French toast in it, which I love. It did not stick at all. I was able to flip the toast without any trouble. Everything cooked evenly all across the entire pan. My final tip is to hand wash your nonstick pans. Although this pan is dishwasher safe and also oven safe up to 450 degrees. Over time your nonstick pans will lose the effectiveness of the nonstick coating. So it's good to upgrade your pans every so often. So happy that the Misen brand gives you a quality nonstick pan at an affordable price.
