Magnesium is the only supplement that consistently stays in my routine. Magnesium from Moon Juice has been my go-to for the last three years for a few reasons. And then I also see so many girls on social media do like cute little mocktails with this right before bed to like wind down. So I also love doing that, but I really, really, really recommend this. It's yummy. It does its job and the packaging is so cute.
