If you want to have the perfect summer hair, I'm going to show you how to do that. Summer 2022 is about texture but not crunchy texture. It's about that beach wave summery look. This is my little secret and I've been using it for years. It's called the Beach Babe Texturing Sea Salt Spray. This is basically the ocean in your hair giving you that sea salt wavy look without actually going in the ocean. This is good for texture of any kind. It separates the hair. As you can see, this side is sort of flat while this side is like wow, volume. This is probably the most effective but affordable hair care product that I own. So pick this up you girls.

Okay, this is the start of what my hair looks like. I just got out of the shower, shampooed, conditioned. It does not have any product in it. I'm going to be trying the Curl Talk by Not Your Mother's. And this is supposed to define my curls and de-frizz it. I'm going to take about this much and how I usually apply curly hair products is I take a section of my hair like this and I put it all the way down, sort of like I'm just applying it like this. And then I scrunch it up. Okay, so this is my hair fully dried. And these are the curls. I personally think it did a really great job. There were a couple sections like this that didn't quite curl, but it could have just been that I didn't put enough product on. So would I give it a thumbs up? Yes. Would I recommend it? Yes, especially if you're looking for something new that you don't have to actually plop and it will give you a nice, defined, frizz-free curl. There you go.

So this is my natural hair and I wanted to go ahead and define my curls a little better I'm using this not your mother's like curl talk definer Holding stuff. I just put some in my hand and I damped my hair a little bit So it would hold better and then I went ahead and just ran this through my hair And I put a good amount on the ends because I tend to get like frizzy ends Overall, I'm not obsessed with it. But I think it's a lot nicer on my hair than a mousse It doesn't give you that hard cakey feeling and I think it really did define my curls at the same time So maybe like a 7 out of 10, I would say

All right, let's talk about not your mother's curl talk. There's a refreshing curl foam. I'm always struggling to find a good weightless kind of easy curling Situation for my hair. It has rice curl complex and aloe extract and it's for all curl types I don't typically wear my hair curly often but during the summer when we're in the pool and the beach and all that I feel like I need to so, um, Definitely excited to try this. I wore my bonnet last night and now I need to refresh my curls so I have this Curl Talk Refreshing Foam. It's a weightless foam that instantly shapes and that shines in between washes. So this is how my hair looks and we're going to add it right away. It feels really foamy which is really nice. And let's see just how it ends up looking. Oh my god, I'm actually loving it. I love how it's feeling. It's feeling really nice. It doesn't feel sticky at all and I feel like it's adding shine and moisture right away. This is how my hair looks and I feel like it looks really, really renovated but still a little bit like, you know, weird on the ends. But I feel like it actually works. Definitely scrunch a little bit more when it's wet but I feel like it's really nice and it doesn't feel the hair sticky.
