two eyeshadow quads from Payodeo. This one is Miss Popular. This one's Gossip Girl. I've already done this in another video, so go to my page to watch that. I'm going to be swatching this one. Honestly, you can't go wrong with neutrals. I feel like that's safe. Everybody loves it. Here we go. I'm going to start with this color here. Let's take a little bit of that on my brush. And we're just gonna swipe. Wow. That's pretty impressive. I mean, honestly, for 10 bucks. Okay, next color. Let's do the lighter shimmer, the lighter shimmery one. And we're just gonna swatch it. Okay, Payodeo does their shimmers right. Okay, let's see their just neutral color, their base color. Love and their darker contour color. Wow, you guys, that pigment is so great. For 10 bucks.

I'm a makeup artist and I'm going to try this Ultimate Pro Shadow Palette 18 Count Eyeshadow Collection by Palladio. I like that it has neutral colors. I like that there's some that have shimmer. So here goes. I'm terrible at opening literally anything. It comes in bubble wrap. I love new makeup palettes. That's really pigmented. Peg, pig, pigmented. I just did my makeup for cosplay and I used the Palladio makeup palette. My review for this palette is mixed. I am used to stronger pigments because of doing SFX makeup. It looks very pigmented on your fingers. It doesn't lay on as thick as I would like. I do like the shimmers, but they're subtle. I have another palette that I got from Walmart and I think it's actually more shimmery. This is, I believe, a $30 palette. If you're like me and you're really stingy with your money, I would go with this Enchanted Perfusion Cosmetics palette for seven bucks. This one is pricier. I don't feel that I got as much out of it. If you want something really light and subtle, go for it. If you want something that's really vibrant, no, sorry.

You guys look at this palette from Palladio, the Ultimate Pro Shadow Palette. Look at the color story. Look at all the shimmers, all the mattes. You know how many looks you can make with this? Let's do a good swatch. Do one of the other shimmers. So pretty. Let's do a matte real quick. Such pretty colors. There's golds and purples and greens and beiges. And there's almost like a pinkies and orange. I cannot wait to show you guys the look I'm going to make with this.

Starting off with the matte shades, and I'm immediately impressed with how pigmented they are. Today I was going for a smoky eye look with the earthy tones and rose tones as well. Going in with a little shimmer to break up the look. Going in with the lighter shimmer for the brow bone, and here's the completed look. I love how the shades are buildable so you can go natural or dramatic like I did here. Let me know what you think!
