This is the Say Glowy Super Gel in the color Star Glow. It's an illuminizer but can also be used as a primer. I apply this everywhere that I'm going to eventually put on concealer. Basically what it does is pushes through a glow so that my skin doesn't look dull after I put my makeup on. It's very lightweight and it doesn't become cakey. I've been using it for over a month and I've experienced no breakouts. The before and after speaks for itself. You can see how illuminizing this really is. It feels moisturizing but not oily.
